I started making money nearly from the very begging of my internet marketing career.
The very first things I sold on line, about 7 maybe 8 years ago, were information products that I created myself without buying a lot of info.
For many years the ONLY significant online course I had bought to help me get things moving was Cory Rudl's "The Insider Secrets To Marketing Your Business On The Internet"
It was a great course back then and it's even better now but.......
Before I ever bought Cory's course I was already making a few dollars on the internet here and there.
Yes, I had actually made money with several different things without buying anything. You see, if you are willing to spend the time and do a lot of research nearly everything you need to make money on the internet can be found for free.
What you will learn however is, to coin and old but reliable phrase, time is money!
After a while you get to the point where, if you have a few dollars, why not just buy what you need at the moment for whatever projects your working on.
Problem is...most gurus who sell internet marketing related ebooks, courses and software are soooo good at what they do. Most hire big time copy writers that know how to hit your hot buttons. LOL I'm serious here
Anyway....... after a while you find yourself getting dizzy and overwhelmed that you can find it hard to focus and stay on one project.
Now, the other thing you don't want to do is focus your time marketing a product or putting one together that is not worthy of your time.
I'll give you some tips in other post that can help you in the above areas but for now I'm tell you first hand.....I got confused and jumped from things too quickly and not keeping focused.
You see I was and did make money with my first projects online and as that time I was using FREE hosting at a shopping portal mall. The only way I could receive money for orders was through the mail!
All the odds were against me back then but I still got checks anywhere from $27 on up to around $100 or so. That was back BEFORE downloadable products became popular.
A divorce and personal life brought some setbacks after a while and I stopped doing anything on the net. Mostly because after my divorce I had no computer and could not revamp my marketing.
By that time I had several differnet things brining in money online but I became discouraged.
You ask why on earth would you get discouraged Jim - You were actually making money?

To make really good money online, the easy way, you need to have SEVERAL different projects making you money.
Trying to hit the Big online jackpot has, and will continue to do so, killed many of entreprenuers.

Start making just a few dollars on a website or project then repeat in a differnet market. Then just repeat, repeat, repeat untill the money starts rolling in.
That's the big secret to making money that most the other marekters don't tell you. They would rather sell their fancy pancy courses under the guise that you'll make $10 grand overnight without work.
Over the past year I will say, finally, some well known marketers are now talking about this.
Interesting that in the early years they talked a different story and are now just letting it out.
I hope you gleamed some good information from what I just wrote because my friend it is truly golden. That piece of advice can get you on the right track and making money but it is going to take time.
After you get things in place and making a few dollars it will come faster.
You should also know that I kick myself today for getting distracted. Without a doubt, had I of kept doing what I was doing, making a little here a little money there, I would be fulltime and without a fricking job today!
